Trying to talk about happiness. Part I

Many times I tried to write about happiness, but what really is happiness?
- Only one state who is happy? An happiness? Wellness? Contentment? Good results? Success?
There are several ways to be happy, just as many ways to cultivate happiness, but do many people who can say happy?
There are several factors that can make a person happy and sadden them. All we ever want our good, our prosperity, because we know that when we do everything we want, we're happy.
And when everything goes wrong?
- It's a good reason to be sad, no?
But if instead we get sad, we do that disappointment one more motivation to achieve our objectives, would it be more advantageous and thus would get such happiness?
It's difficult to speak about happiness because it's never restricted to a single cause but to several. Happiness varies from person to person and depends not only on the type of life, but the situations surrounding their lives.
We believe that the tradition of whom live in poverty are sad people and those living in the rich people are, in theory could even be ... But in practice it is not so. I can say that the people I know, from diverse walks of life, the happier I met were those who are classified as poor ... They are the requisite financially poor, but the term 'good mood' they are rich ... Needless to say why is not it? (Money does not bring happiness)
