What do? What say?

Have you caught a moment when you wanted to say something but don't got it? A time when the words stuck in the tip of the tongue? Perhaps for lack of courage or fear, or perhaps as a precaution so as not to expose themselves, hurt or offend someone?
- Bet now!
And you feel remorse for it? Or feel proud because I think he did the right thing?

The funny thing is that despite appearing to be simple, the words are capable of hurting. We always say things spontaneously, without thinking, sometimes it doesn't matter much, but there are times when certain words can
dramatically change a situation. This is one of the things most of the natural of human behavior beings, there are times we can not control that impulse, often due to climate and the type of dialogue between people.
In moments of anger is already more difficult to control what's going to speak, due to nervousness, irritability and even anger. When there is the swearing, verbal attacks and insults ...
We often regret having pronounced certain words, but other times they shoot these words by design.

So? What to do?
- Remain silent?

What is healthier to think well. Think before you speak at all. Imagine if that word we're about to say may offend someone or comfort. Try to imagine if we can not speak in praise or turn against us.
Why do not you think? I think that would avoid many disappointments, many disagreements, many complications.
We all know that everything we do with consciousness has better consequences, things flow more smoothly thus maintaining harmony among all.
