There are times when life doesn't allow us to err.
It's okay to err is human, but small mistakes can cost a lot of things, including our own life or the lives of others.
Often there are mistakes that can not be avoided, most caused by things that are beyond our control, or even lack of attention, as well as moments of distraction.
